Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza is located atop the Apparel Center (the building with ‘CHICAGO SUN-TIMES’ sign)

We have secured the Sauganash Grand Ballroom for our event — the ballroom has the capacity for 500, and has an electronic door that we can use to split the room in half to enable us to hold two break out sessions for a User Track, and a Developers track.  Sliding the wall closed takes about 20 minutes – during which time we can take a break, enjoy some breakfast and chit chat with our fellow Chicago Wordcampers:

Direction to Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza: I-90, I-94 & O’Hare Airport

1. Take I-90/I-94East toward Chicago (I-90/94 West if you are coming from Michigan/Indiana)
2. Exit at East Ohio Street (Exit 50B)
3. Turn RIGHT onto Wells St.
4. Turn RIGHT onto Wacker Dr.
5. Turn RIGHT onto Franklin St.
6. Turn LEFT at the end of Franklin Street Bridge

Direction to Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza: I-88 & I-290:

1. Take I-88 toward Chicago (Portions Toll)
2. I-88 becomes I-290 East
3. Merge onto I-90/94 West toward Wisconsin
4. Exit East Washington Blvd. (Exit 51C)
5. Turn RIGHT onto Washington Blvd.
6. Turn LEFT onto Franklin St.
7. Turn LEFT at the end of Franklin Street Bridge

Direction to Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza: I-55, St. Louis & Midway Airport

1. Take I-55 North (Stevenson Exp) toward Chicago
2. Merge onto I-90/94 West toward Wisconsin
3. Exit East Washington Blvd. (Exit 51C)
4. Turn RIGHT onto Washington Blvd.
5. Turn LEFT onto Franklin St.
